Select your lender based on their record of getting loans processed, underwritten and to the settlement table on time.
Choose a local lender
If you are buying a home in McLean or Great Falls, don’t choose a lender based in Las Vegas or Fargo. There are plenty of local lenders who know our market well and will be available to you throughout the process.
If your loan is not ready in time for settlement, you may not get the house, your deposit is at risk and you could be sued by the seller.
